#ERRANT MOUSEBALLS are causing headaches for PC users. Kids pop the
tiny rubber spheres out of the desktop computer mice, using the balls
for play. Microsoft reports that it has added a $5 replacement ball to
its product line to meet the growing demand--about 150 a month, mostly
from schools. For its part, IBM notes it offers a 100-ball replacement
pack. --Wall Street Journal
