This is not supposed to be humorous.  Then again, it depends on your
point of view....

Success can be measured in a lot of ways.  One way might be on how
many people seek out a service or product.

"Yucks" is a victim of its success.  It has grown from a small list of
friends with a similar skewed outlook on life, to a mailing list with
several hundred direct subscribers, and a dozen remailing lists.
Along with the increase in subscribers, there has been a dramtic
increase in volume as people have mailed me odd tidbits to send back
out.

I'm beginning to get negative feedback from people about the quantity
of messages.  The quality has always been...indescribable...and the
size of postings is not a problem.  The difficulty seems to be the
number of messages.

So, starting sometime in early January, I will be converting to a
digest format.  Instead of sending out each item as a separate mail
message, I will collect them together and mail them out every few
days, whenever the digest gets "full."  You'll get your yucks in a
large dose about once a week.

Please bear with me til then...it will take a little time to pull
together the software I will need and to get a good format.
In the meantime, have a happy and safe (and completely bizarre)
holiday season.
