Mostly 3 but quite possibly 4 as well.

OBJECTIVE: Ministries has been around for quite a while.

They've bounced from ISP to ISP over the years.  On a couple of
occasions, they've actually been hosted on "legitimate" Christian
providers until found out.

Rumor has it they're somehow related to the Landover Baptist site.
