Noting that Joey Skaggs is a notorious prankster, I'm not sure how
"real" this is intended to be.

I get the feeling this is a novelty item, a working watch which sounds a "moo!" sound and lights up when the wearer pushes a button.

If it were a Skaggs prank, I don't think he'd be marking it with his name, or openly placing his name and website URL on the watch (and on the watch's website).
